Product Description Shenzhou High speed GQY125 Swing Type Fermentation broth Tubular Centrifuge Separator with Cooling function Swing tubular centrifuge The Swing tubular centrifuge consists of several components including the body frame, body column, head assembly, liquid collection tray assembly, rotating tube assembly, lower sliding bearing assembly, rotating mechanism assembly, and motor drive assembly. To operate, the motor transmits power via the transmission belt and pressure pulley to the small pulley and main shaft on the machine head, driving the rotating bowl to spin at high speed. Feed liquid is then injected into the bowl from the bottom feed port where it is forced to separate into different layers under the strong centrifugal force. The lighter liquid in the center of the bowl flows upward and is collected through the liquid collecting tray, while the heavier solid is thrown onto the inner wall of the bowl. To clean the equipment, the machine must be stopped and the protective screw sleeve must be loosened, then removed along with the opening protective sleeve. The connecting nut on the bowl is unscrewed and the positioning screw and nut are loosened and removed. After this, the handle on the body is rotated to make the body lie on the column of the machine, place the rotating bowl on the operating platform, and remove the solid from the inner wall of the bowl. High-speed tubular centrifuges are ideal for liquid-solid separation in industries like bacterial recovery, blood products, plant extraction, health food, beverages, and chemical industries. They are particularly useful for materials with small liquid-solid weight difference, large viscosity, fine solid particle size, low content, and strong material corrosion. Overall, high-speed tubular centrifuges are one of the best options for material separation via centrifugal methods.
Tubular centrifuge separator Working principle of GQ:
It is a high-speed centrifuge with strong separating capacity. The liquid mixture is fed through the feeding pipe in the bottom of the separator, the bowl of the centrifuge is driven by the motor via spindle and rotates around its axis at a very high speed and forms a strong centrifugal force and this centrifugal force separates the liquid mixture into liquid and solid according to their different gravities. The liquid is drain out from respective liquid outlets on the top of the separator, in the meantime, the solids are deposited on the bowl's wall. When the accumulated solids full of the separator bowl, there will be no liquids drain out from the liquid outlets, the separator shall be stopped to remove the solid from the bowl manually.

Points for Operating the Tubular Separator * When the percentage of impurities or solids in the liquid is less than 0.5%, the ideal separation effect will be realized. If the percentage is higher than 0.5%, the solution should be clarified first * High groove is used to feed materials. If the liquid is of large viscosity, it can also be pumped. * Measurement for proper materials inlet pressure: when materials are fed by the nozzle into the separator, the proper inlet pressure is depended on property of materials the nozzle into the separator,to spray materials at least half up onto the drum. Low pressure will cause part of the liquid not fed into drum and slide into the bearing seat at the bottom of the drum to outflow from overflow mouth, while the high pressure will affect the separation quality and lead to the vibration of the machine. * The inside diameter of feeding tube shall be large enough to be controlled by valve and be convenient for user to adjust according to flow rate and output. * The separator is equipped with nozzle in different diameter, to fit different the separation quality and yield.If small production with high quality, the small nozzle is used, and vice versa.
