Features:
Rotary Moulder is used for forming soft biscuit, which contains much oil and fat. The dough would form as the shape of biscuit and drop on the conveyor belt to the next machine.
Parameter:

Working width: 1000mm	Diameter of the mold: Ø300, the roll body is made of 45 high-quality carbon steel, and the roll body length is 1540mm
Rubber roller diameter: Ø300, encapsulation thickness 20mm, rubber material adopts non-toxic and oil-resistant material, hardness is A60	The side board is made of Q235 carbon steel, the thickness is 32mm after processing, the surface is plated with hard chrome, and the surface hardness is HRC58-62
Dimensions: 1800X2300X1300	The conveyor frame board is made of Q235 carbon steel material, the thickness after processing is 15mm, the surface is plated with hard chrome, and the hardness is HRC58-62
The pressure between the mold and the rubber roller is manually adjusted, and the scraper is manually adjusted by a cam	The grooved roller, mold and conveyor belt are controlled by independent motors, which is easy to adjust
