XG diamond wire saw can be used on all types of marble, granite and stone, with maximum productivity and a diamond wire durability at maximum cutting speed.
All controls are fully automatic and do not require the constant presence of the operator.
Features:
1.The main motor is powered by inverter to obtain the suitable wire speed according to the type of granite or marble. It is applicable for quarrying all kinds of granite and marble.
2. Apply vector inverter with invariable torque. Feed speed can be regulated automatically and smoothly as cutting force changes.
3. The control cabinet is placed separated within a side door. It is easy to do maintenance work.
4. Double dust-proof and waterproof structure is used to protect the main motor. The guide poles and screw rod are isolated with dust and water by the flexible lags. Greatly extend the life of the machines.
5. Easily regulate the position and angle of driving flywheel by motors.
6. Display the real time of the parameters, such as the main motor's current, flywheel's speed.
7. The machine can be operated manually or automatically.

The operator station adopts the centralized control of Delta PLC, which realizes the four-line control from the operating table to the rope saw machine, the structure is simple, the function is powerful, the failure rate is few, all cutting parameters are clear at a glance, and it has the function of automatically identifying the use of electrical parts.



Introduction to the function of control system
1. The working state is displayed in real time and accurately. The main motor given current, actual current, bead rope speed and other parameters at a glance.
2. Can choose different given current operation program according to different stone, in order to ensure the best cutting effect.
3. Accurate PID control + frequency conversion vector control to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the equipment.
4. It has the function of acoustic and light alarm, which improves the equipment and personal safety.
5. Fault self-diagnosis function, even if the failure, can be quickly eliminated, immediately return to normal operation.

Parameter setting and adjustment
1.When working properly after booting, the display meter will display: the main motor given current, actual current, cutting speed, walking speed
2. When cutting different materials or different sections of stone, according to the actual situation, adjust the "current given" knob, in order to achieve the best cutting effect.
The method of setting the tension: in the normal cutting, press the "F" key to enter the set current interface, output the number of electricity values, and then press "ENTER" to confirm.
