Product Description
Plastic PP PE film washing recycling line adapt to wash various type of film and woven bags which impurity content reach to 80%. The waste dirty material go through crushing, friction washing, washing, dewatering, hot air drying process will turn to be clean flakes for pelletizer.
Working principle of plastic film cleaning line:
Plastic shredder/crusher: The first step in the plastic cleaning granulation line is to use the plastic shredder to cut the plastic film into small pieces. The resulting plastic parts plastic shredder size is about 30mm-100mm.
Plastic rinsing tank: Plastic rinsing tank plays a key role. The plastic washing machine can remove the dirt, grease, dust, residue and other impurities on the plastic surface through a series of water washing, so that the plastic debris is treated more clean and pure. Plastic granulator: Plastic granulator is one of the important recycling machinery in the plastic film cleaning line, and its main use is to heat and melt the recycled waste plastic, and then the plastic melt is extruded through the mold. Recycled plastic pellets can be used as an alternative raw material for the manufacture of various plastic products, thereby reducing the demand for virgin plastics and reducing production costs.
