The Double Screw Three Layers Air Bubble Film Machine is crafted with optimal efficiency and product quality in mind. Its once-through shaping technique guarantees exceptional results and high productivity. The machine boasts a sleek and reliable design, making it easy to operate and maintain.
It produces polyethylene air-cushion film, alternatively referred to as polyethylene bubble film and is an excellent choice for convenience. This packing material comes in two types: ordinary polyethylene air-cushion film and composite polyethylene air-cushion film. It offers excellent cushioning, shock resistance, and heat-sealing performance, as well as corrosion resistance and transparency, making it ideal for packing household items, post parcels, bicycles, and polyurethane furniture.
The primary structure comprises extruders, a control panel, a bubble forming section, and a winder. Our plastic extruder machine is capable of producing three-layer air bubble film, comprising of a bubble layer and a base layer. Both layers can be controlled independently, providing flexibility in terms of different material formulations, colors, and thicknesses. We have a range of models available to meet your specific needs, with film width options ranging from 1,000mm to 3,000mm.

1. Are you factory or trading company ?
We are factory specialized in plastic machine for many years, also we have the right to export goods by ourselves. 2. Where is your factory? How can i visit your company? Our factory is located in Ruian city,zhejiang province, China. Its about 40 minutes from shanghai by plane(4 hours by train). We will pick you up on airport or station. Welcome to visit our factory 3. How long is your delivery time? Normally our delivery time is 15-30 days. If you need it ugently, we can make it about7 days 4. What are your terms of payment? We accept 30% deposit, balance before shipment. And Irrevocable L/C at sight. 5. What package do you use for the product? Be Coated with anti-corrosion oil, and covered with plastic film, wooden box package need extra cost. 6. Does your factory provide installation service? Our engineer can go to customer factory to installation. Customer should prepare materials used to testing the machine in advance and should be responsible for the cost of supplier's technician, including round air tickets, visa cost, accommodation and salary 100USD/Day per person since the day start out until the day arriving at factory. 7.
