Machine Body Machine body has been solid welded by the laser cutting steel, and did the heat treatment, to ensure the structure stability. Main beam adopts Aluminum profile structure with electrical elevating, which is uniform and rigid.
Computer Control System Adopts industrial PC control system With humanity controlling interface, the operator can adjust all the units through one click. Come with WIFI function, which allow the remote debugging.
Separating Spray
Before the pre milling function, the machine equipped with one separating spray device, which will isolate the dust and adhesive on the board surface, which will be easy to remove them.
Pre-milling Structure Two pieces 2.2KW high speed motor, to do the joint trimming before the gluing, to reduce the adhesive mark on the edge. Through adjusting the feeding fence position, we can adjust the milling amount. Two pieces PCD cutter:φ125mm x φ30mm x H35mm Come with dust blower device With individual dust exhausting hood
Pre-heating Lamp
Considering the environment affection, the machine come with the pre-heating lamp, which can heat the edge before the glue application, so can enhance the banding performance
Vertical glue pot
In order to connect with the pre-melting device and PUR adhesive supply station, we offer the option of upper glue pot.
Can decrease the adhesive consumption, also can do the easily cleaning of the glue pot.

Adhesive pre-melting device
The pre-melting device adopts level sensor to control the quantity of the melting adhesive, to achieve the adhesive saving purpose. Meanwhile, it can suck up the adhesive automatically.
5 Rollers Type Tape Pressing Unit In order to achieve the stable band sealing, the machine adopts 5 rollers band pressing unit, with manual adjusting. The driving roller diameter as 100mm, the 4 pieces driven rollers, two of them with tape edge.
End Cutting Unit Two pieces 0.37kw high speed motor with 200Hz frequency and 12000rpm rotation speed The motor come with manual rotating device, which can adjust the angle easily. Saw blades size:104*2.6*22*24Z

Cleaning Spray Device
With the special cleaning agent spray device, which can help the buffing unit to clean the leaking adhesive on the board surface.
Buffing Unit Considering the dual-glue pots structure, the machine comes with double buffing unit, to meet the different color polishing. Can do the board edge polishing, and remove the leaking adhesive mark on the surface.
Automatic Lubrication Pump
Which will do the automatic lubrication to the linear guide way on the end cutting unit, to extend the using life of the structure.
