2.All the rotors, mixing chamber, discharge door, and the top ram and so on can be cooled through water circulation with large cooling area; With TCU, it can effectively ensure the mixing quality of various rubber materials.
3.All the surface of rotors, mixing chamber, discharge door, and other contacting parts with the rubber materials are built-up welded with hard alloy, then being plated hard chromium, wear-resisting and corrosion resistance.
4.The end face of the rotors adopts hydraulic sealing, the sealing specific pressure is adjustable, reliable sealing.
5.The upper ram is pneumatic or hydraulic type, which can realize the constant pressure control.
6.The lower ram adopts drop-type with hydraulic drive, stable running, short opening and closing time; uses hydraulic cylinder to drive platform locking, with strong tight locking force, good self-locking and sealing property.
7.The drive system is diversified, with smooth transmission, low noise, long life and other advantages, its structure and speed can be selected according to the user's rubber mixing process.
8.This machine adopts intelligent control system, equipped with rubber mixing process, it can set functions according to different product requirement, suitable for different rubber material or different requirements of the operators.The control system adopts the touch screen (the necessary operation buttons and switches outside the PLC man-machine interface are equipped with flat-head button switches) and the programmable controller touch screen can effectively transmit and display the operation of the host, and different pressure and speed can also be set according to different rubber materials.
9.This machine can store a variety of process programs, and can call out the appropriate process in real time accord-ing to the process requirements to achieve the effect of automatic rubber mixing. It can record the rubber mixing re-sults within a week, and check out unqualified products.
