What it do?
The automatic edge processing machine is designed for stone edge grinding and polishing in one pass. The machines are also equipped with 45 tilted heads, allowing chamfering and polishing of stone edges in one pass as well. This machine can be widely used to process such as countertops, window sills, stair treads, sinks, and so on.
Two different models can meet the needs of different customers.

(Note: Each polishing head can be controlled individually, which means operators can decide how many polishing heads need to get involved every time.)

More Details
1. These machines are equipped with multiple cylinders to fasten the slabs in order to eliminate any movement during processing.
2. With the help of cylinders and an iron bar, the minimum size of slabs the machine can process is 3cm in width.
3. The machine is equipped with pulleys to facilitate the safe movement of the slabs.
4. The grinding and polishing process can be finished in one pass.
5. The working speed can be adjusted. Our machines are able to polish stone around 2.5m/min.
6. Compared to other stone edge polishing machines, our machines have advantages in finish and flatness.
7. Compared to other stone edge polishing machines, the structure of our machines is more rational. And they run more stably, which can extend of life term of polishing pads.
