Feature:
1. all components of the fixed bed reactor evaluation system are made of high quality products.
2. one way gas and one way liquid.
3. the fixed bed reactor tube is a double-layer tube reactor, consisting of an outer stainless steel tube and an inner quartz reactor tube, with a built-in temperature measuring sleeve for real-time monitoring of the catalyst bed temperature. The fixed bed reactor tube is easily dismantled. The fixed bed reactor is a Haff furnace (double opening furnace) with single stage temperature control, power <2000 W, control temperature RT~800 oC, precise temperature control by PID, thermostatic process temperature control accuracy <±1 oC.
4. the exhaust gas at the lower end of the reactor can simultaneously enter the gas-liquid separator for product condensation and gas-liquid separation, as well as the chromatograph for full product analysis in the holding condition.
5. the lower end of the reactor is equipped with a gas-liquid separator (collector) with a double-layer structure and a liquid accumulation tank inside the collector for condensation and collection of the reaction products, which can be sampled after a certain period of time through a lower needle valve
6. the placement of the chromatograph next to the reaction unit so that the pipeline to the chromatograph is as short as possible to minimise product residues
7. an aluminium alloy frame with a compact and aesthetically pleasing design, in addition to a suitable size design to facilitate routine maintenance and normal dismantling.
Technical Parameters:
1. design pressure: 0 to 10 MPa, actual operating pressure 0 to 6 MPa.
2. single-section open thermostat furnace with dimensions of approx. 200 mm long * 200 mm long * 300 mm high.
3. design reaction temperature: room temperature ~ 800 oC, holding tank temperature RT ~ 400 oC, control accuracy <±1 oC.
4. double-layer stainless steel reaction tube in which the quartz tube size is approximately 8 mm outside and 6 mm inside, with a catalyst filling volume of 0~1 ml; the quartz tube can be used at atmospheric pressure.
5. one way gas, accuracy ±1% F.S, linearity deviation ±1% F.S, accuracy ±0.2% F.S, response time 2-4 s.
6. condenser of double-layer construction with internal condensing coil, inner volume approx. 50 ml (outer volume 150 ml)
