Product Description
1.Feeding part
We adopted the feeding part with hand wheel to adjust the material width more conveniently.

2.Hydraulic pump
We put the pump into the machine in order to save space.

3.Shanghai bojiang motor
The machine driving by hydraulic motor to increase the speed (20-23m/min)and efficiency.

4.Support rod
The support rod is more stronger than before in order to hold the machine better.Also the wall panel is 16mm in thickness.

5.Rollers
We have our own lathe machining center in order to control the quality by ourselves.Material of rollers:45# steel, roller surface polishing, hard plating , The polished surface and the heat treatment towards the molds also can keep the molding plate surface smooth and not easy to be marked when it is being stamped.

6.The cover of shaft bearings
Stainless steel dust shield is mounted on the outside of the bearings in order to keep the bearings clean then increase the machine working life.

7.Computer control panel
The control system can set up the program easily by the touch screen,and we connect all the wires before shipping,you just connect the main wire line when arrive.

8.The cutter
