Main Operational Functions: 1. Tape Feeding and Gluing with Upper Glue Pot: Includes upper glue pot and quick melt glue for applying glue and attaching edge banding. 2. Dual Rail End Trimming: Ensures precise end trimming. 3. Manual Rough Trimming: Initial edge trimming. 4. Manual Fine Trimming: Secondary edge trimming. 5. Profiling Tracking: Ensures accurate edge profiling. 6. Manual Scraping: Initial edge scraping. 7. Polishing: Provides a smooth and high-quality finish.

Pre milling mechanism:

2. Wheel type edge banding with belt pressing mechanism, the belt pressing wheel has a one-way stop function to prevent the edge banding from backing back during high-speed edge banding;
3. A 1.6KW rapid sol mechanism with a high-temperature liquid level detector, used in conjunction with a glue box;
