Manual Powder Coating System Painting Machine Electrostatic Spray Line
This manual batch powder coating line consisting of a pass-through spray booth, a pass-through oven and a conveyor system. It's more suitable for long and flat workpieces such as aluminum proflie. When the powder coating work is completed, there is no need to load and unload the workpiece, and only need to manually pull the sprayed workpiece into the oven through the overhead conveyor.

COLO-191S Powder Coating Spray Gun COLO-191S manual powder coating gun is developed for easy and efficient job, suits for both beginners and specialists. Based on COLO advanced technology, especially complex parts can be perfectly coated with this model.

1. Applies latest technology allows precise setting electric and pneumatic parameters. The flexible control helps operators find the optimal data for each part, each powder.

2.There are 3 pre-set application programs stand for flat parts, profiles and re-coating, as well as 20 personalized programs.

3. 100kv manual spray guns delivers high transfer efficiency that saves powders.

4. 60lbs fluidizing powder hopper allows big continuous production, which is welled sealed to avoids powder damp and contaminated.

5. Flexible trolley with wheels can be moved everywhere.

COLO Pass Thru Powder Spray Booth This pass thru powder coating booth has 2 working station allows parts recieving coating from both side, parts enter the booth from one entrance and exit from the other through conveyors, continuous coating increases efficiency and ensures application quality.

Configurations & Features

1. The recovery module combines a group high-precision filters made of 100% polyester that maximize separating efficiency.

2. Pulse jet device provides interval filters cleaning, effectively eliminates powder accumulation and prolongs filters' useful life.
3. Full parameters and functions can be handled on the PLC panel, such turning on / off fan, setting pulse-jetting time and interval, light on/off, emergency stop etc.

4. A collection hopper beneath the filter stage ensure the collected overspray powders are clean, and can be easily taken away for recycling.
5. Simple installation - only electrical and air connections are required to start production.
