These bags are needed for powdery products and filler cord or felt are stitched on all seams to block needle holes, which prevents sifting of powder from bags.
Another option is that PE lineer is inside the PP woven bag.
Baffle bags are usually used where cargos have to be containerised or space has to be saved.
