The texture of WPC Foam Boards is hard and the surface hardness is high. The WPC Foam Boards are wear resistant and can be made into different wood colors, according to customer's requirements.

Machine Description
1.Double screw extruder is equipped with Bimetallic screw/barrel which could increase the lifetime of screw/barrel.
2.Calibration platform is water-circulated by cooling water supplied by chiller
3.Equipped with automatic robotic stacker that could reduce labor cost
4.The whole line adotps Siemens motor,ABB inverter,Siemens contactor/switch,RKC/Omron temperature controller,etc
5.We supply whole system including production line,mixer,crusher,miller,chiller,air compressor,mould temperature controller and all the required auxiliary machines.
