Introduction for the rice mill plant
Auto Rice Mill is the process that helps in removal of hulls and bran's from paddy grains to produce polished rice. The objective of a rice milling system is to Remove the husk and the bran layers from paddy rice to produce whole white rice Kernels that are sufficiently milled free of impurities and contain a minimum number of broken kernels
Features of the rice mill plant
1.Destoner: remove the stone from paddy, get the clean grain
2.Paddy Husking: remove the bran from paddy and get the brown rice
3.Paddy Separator: separate paddy and brown rice
4.Rice Whitener: remove the bran from rice and get the white rice
Working Principle:
The Rice mill plant elevate rice grain to Stoner Destoner by single union elevator, After remove stone and impurity, the rice are respectively sent to paddy rice huller and gravity separation sieve by the double elevator machine. At the same time separate Bran and net brown rice, the bran is discharged by Bran fan (or plus grinding mill to crush bran).The net brown rice go to Rice Mill processing to polished rice. The plant have functions of feeding itself, impurities removal, stone removal, husking, bran separation and crushing. It also have functions of gravity paddy separation , rice milling, broken rice sieve screening and so on. It is arrangement structure. It can be used in farmer processing or commodity grain batch processing.

Installation instructions and user purchased parts:
1) The install ground must be concrete level ground .Area: Length 6000mm Width 4000mm(Machine installation height 2800mm Length 4056mm Width 2537mm ).The thickness of concrete require above 120mm(including pit bottom),the ground flat, horizontal.
2) Dig feedstock pit according to the size:Length*width* depth(710mm*710mm*620mm) Attention: If you match to short elevator for feeding, you need not dig feedstock pit.
3) you need to purchase by yourself: Diameter75mm,110mm,160mm(PVC) plastic pipe, elbow(the length of plastic pipe depending on the house area and installation position ).
