Processing technology
It adopts international advanced rolling forming technology and the high frequency welding process,with30003 alloy aluminum as raw material.It does not destroy the molecular
structure of raw materials,to ensure that the molecular sieve activity,without splitting phenomenon while bending and filling.
Producttechnical requirements
Wall thickness of:single wall thickness guarantees between 0.2mm-0.35mm,the
surrounding wall thickness tolerances ±0.025mm.
Curvature:a hard bend,the bend is not allowed(except for the Liberal sagging bending ARC).
Appearance:the surface is flat and smooth,no dings,uniform pores in order.
