Product Introduction
CS series high-efficiency spring cone crusher is used in the ferrous and non-ferrous metal beneficiation process. It can effectively reduce the particle size of the ore entering the mill, achieve more crushing and less grinding, which not only improves the production capacity of the mill, but also saves electricity and steel, and greatly improves the economic benefits of the mine.
CS series spring cone crusher is suitable for crushing medium-hard ores and rocks. It has the characteristics of reliable structure, high production efficiency, convenient adjustment and economic use. Its spring safety system plays an overload protection role, allowing super-hard foreign matter (such as iron blocks, etc.) to pass through the crushing chamber without damaging the machine. It adopts two sealing forms, dry oil or water, to isolate the stone powder from the lubricating oil and ensure the reliable operation of the machine. The crushing chamber type is determined by the particle size of the finished material. The standard type is used for medium crushing operations, and the medium and short head types are used for fine crushing operations.

Working Principle
When the crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the elastic coupling, the transmission shaft and a pair of bevel gears. The crushing cone is driven by the eccentric sleeve to make a swinging motion, so that the crushing wall and the mortar wall are sometimes close to each other and sometimes far away from each other. The ore is constantly squeezed and impacted in the crushing chamber and is crushed.
