The HZS series concrete mixing plant is a complete set of automatic concrete production equipment. It has the characteristics of low investment, small floor area, and convenient assembly-disassembly and transportation.
1. It is Suitable for small and medium-sized construction projects and commercial concrete production such as hydropower, airports, highways, bridges, buildings, pipe piles, cement pipes, brick machine supporting equipment, etc.
2. We use planetary mixing machine,which has the advantages of good mixing quality, short mixing cycle, and high efficiency. The control system is simple to operate, stable and reliable. It has many functions such as scale replenishment, scale deduction, continuous production, and intelligent alarm.

The motor is siemens brand with great power in Transmission device.The reducer is made by Dalian Konic Group according to requirements of Huatong.The design and production adopts combination of Germany and Chinese Standard.The good components give mixer good loading capacity.The mixer has high torque,low noise and low consumption.Mixer movement is reliable and life is extended.

Transmission System Special designed gear box can spread motor power averagely into mixing shaft.The transmission device is installed outside.Mixing motor is Siemens brand..The reducer is made by Dalian Konic Group according to requirements of Aiwante.The design and production adopts combination of Germany and Chinese Standard.	Access Hole The access hole is large,it is convenient to clean and maintain.The key safety control device ensure machine do not work when access hole is open even power is on.	Mixing Device Mixing shafts rotate itself and revolution movement.Mixing of blades is crossed and do not have any blind angle and low mixing space.The mixing machine is high strength,but it do not damage materials.It do not change materials shape and do not crush materials.	Hydraulic Pump(Discharging Device) The hydraulic discharging system have manual open device.It can be opened when power is not available.Discharging door have limit switch,it can open door according to requirement.The discharging door have special designed seal device to ensure reliability.It is environmentally friendly.Switch of Discharging door have buffer device.
