The Automatic ribbon recoil winding machine (SS-RW01) is one High-Torsion digital coil rewinding machine. It is digital Programmable coil rewinding machine with 1/2HP DC motor. The Maximum wire diameter can reach 3.0mm. It's the best choice for rewinding fish string, rewinding fish wire, rewinding fish thread, rewinding copper wire, rewinding wires, rewinding plastic string, rewinding textile thread, rewinding sewing thread, etc. .This machine can be customized according to coil size by requested.
Feature of Automatic ribbon recoil winding machine (SS-RW01):
1. Microprocessor design, easy for program-setting.
2. Stepper motor driven by constant-current power supply, high spreading Speed precise winding.
3. "Start Point" could set by key panel or with teachable function. Display Will show the position of spreading head while
setting.
4. Wire passing through ceramic rollers prevent enamel from high temperature.
5. Two wire spreading heads with winding nozzle make sure the spreading wire precise and be high efficiency.
6. Foot-switch connection for better efficiency.
7. Winding parameters and options can be set.

Packaging & Shipping

Package and transport
General package(Paper carton or plastic bag): For small goods, Package it with form and pack paper to guarantee unbroken during the transport.
Wooden case package: For larger scale goods as machine equipment etc, we have special skilled carpenter, who would make the proper wooden case with exact thickness,density,length. The up arrow ↑marked on the outer wooden case. Buffer material would be put in the wooden case to prevent crack and shock. We will inform you the delivery note. You just need to wait for phone call, then pick up the goods at the nearest logistic station .(Please let me know in advance if you want get the goods at home.)
