1.Equipment introduction
It adopts advanced technology,apply pneumatic photoelectric control principle,can be continuously automatic quantitative enema of various meat intestines,easy operation,convenient maintenance,high accuracy,good reproducibility,rotary double output pipe mechanism can be installed,shorten the auxiliary time for tie sausage casings.
This machine has storage hopper and disc valve,can achieve continuous enema without lifting the cover.

1.The whole machine is made of high quality 304 stainless steel material,beautiful appearance, compact and reasonable structure, airtight and waterproof, easy to clean.
2.It adopts the piston type hydraulic drive,after adjust the working pressure,under the action of the hydraulic cylinder, make the material in the cylinder produce pressure then the material extrusion, the applicable material range is widely, especially for the dry material filling efficiency is better than other enema machines.
3.Siemens PLC programmable control system is used to set parameters and button switch is convenient. Touch control electrical appliance position emission is reasonable, and the moisture-proof performance is strengthened.
4.With automatic cut function (cut off or not cut off optional), cut knife count: 0~9 arbitrary choice, tighten the stretching free adjustable.
5.Clock speed of 1-9 grade adjustable, up to 50times/minute,with cleverly designed clock buffer mechanism without maintenance, can choose different types of aluminum card, tight buckle, beautiful appearance.
6.The fullness of the sausage can be accurately adjusted,sausage tight can be adjusted.
7.This machine can also be optional hanging rope buckle function to improve product production efficiency.
