Water tank wet drawing machine
The water tank type wire drawing machine has heavy water tank and turnover water tank. It is suitable for drawing various metal wires of medium and fine specifications, especially high, medium and low carbon steel wire, galvanized iron wire, bead steel wire, rubber hose steel wire, steel cord, copper wire, aluminum wire, etc. Water tank type wire drawing machine is a small continuous production equipment composed of multiple drawing heads. Through step-by-step drawing, the drawing head is placed in the water tank, and finally the steel wire is pulled to the required specification. The whole wire drawing process is completely controlled by the mechanical speed difference between the main shaft of the drawing machine and the lower shaft of the drawing machine.

Mechanical Advantage

Mechanical structure. The machine adopts the combination of main machine and take-up machine to design machinery, so that the machinery occupies a small space and the take-up weight can be adjusted according to the requirements of customers.

Guide wheel. The trunk wire take-up machine uses two groups of wheels to ensure that the machine can run at high speed, reduce the failure rate and make the coil smooth and beautiful.

Tower wheel. The machine adopts 4 tower wheel structure, and the tower wheel is made of alloy material, which can place up to 17 wire drawing dies.

Tension device. The tension device can effectively adjust the tightness of the wire rod and keep the mechanical take-up and incoming line at a uniform level.
