1. The new main shaft adopts a high-rigidity bearing structure, the main shaft is thickened by 15%, and the main bearing bearing doubles the bearing surface,the operation is more stable, and the failure rate is lower, just to make the output of the pellet mill higher.
2. The thin grease air cooling, and equipped with overpressure protection to ensure the long-term high-load operation of the pellet machine.
3.The surface of the new pressed roller adopts the robot surfacing alloy process, and the service life of the pressure roller is unprecedentedly improved.
4. The new generation pellet machine ring die are all made of high-end wear-resistant stainless steel plus advanced real-life furnace quenching process, the ring die is processed by ultra-high-speed gun drilling, can be used after a little grinding (optional).
5. The new generation pellet machine adopts 304 stainless steel for discharging outer cover, which is high-strength, anti-wear and anti-corrosion,(optional) 6.The motor and the reducer are connected with an elastic coupling, which makes the equipment run more stably, and also effectively protects the motor and prolongs its service life.
