Product Description
Machine description:
1.Automatic "film feeding", "feed", "bag", "sealing" once completed, save manpower, improve efficiency, and realize unmanned operation docking production line.
2.Teflon anti-stick coating alloy thermostatic sealing knife, sealing temperature is extremely sensitive and accurate, it can be arbitrarily set, sealing wire is not easy to crack, no edges, sealing more beautiful.
3.Automatic feeding, length can be automatic adjusted with the cooperation between the electric eye and timer.
4.Automatic roll feed, the induction motor shall be set to automatic wind waste, making it easier for customers during operation.
5.Unique safety device in the package, the sealing knife will quickly stop action when mistakenly cut into happened, it will not hurt the packaging.
Machine application:
1.With the feature of high efficiency packing and simple operation process, the whole production process just need to turn on the power switch of the machine then it will automatic finish the whole polybag packing process. Production capacity is 900 – 1500 bottles/hour.
2. The wrapping bag is appressed to the bottle, and looks beautiful and high style.
3. The polybag packing can help to protect the bottle body from wearing and soiled.
4. Using the high finish wrap film in roll, will save about 30-40% cost than buying complete polybag for manual wrapping.
