Product Description


Single layer with dry structure, hot air two in three out, thin layer dry, with compact structure, high drying efficiency and dry uniformcharacteristics.
Adopting the design of 1.2 thickness stainless steel plate , simple structure, high reliability and good corrosion resistance, greatly improve the service life of the product.
The low speed spiral conveying structure is designed to conveying capacity and low crushing.
Upper auger driving by belt of elevator motor with Simple structure, high transmission efficiency.
Adopting the low crushing bucket elevator, and increase our patented design of the anti-damage device to make the crushing rate lower.
Adopt 3kW inclined flow fan with the features of large air volume, high static pressure, stable operation, and low failure rate.
control system:
Optional choose the imported online cereal moisture meter which is accurate monitoring of moisture change to improve drying, and auto stop in case achieve safe moisture.
The transmission part increases the signal sensing device, monitors the state of the running process equipment in real time and alarming in case machine wrong.
Standard equipps calibrate grain temperature monitoring device to check the temperature change of grain in drying process and ensure the drying quality.
