The high-strength roller rail design, coupled with a screw pre-tension drive system, enhances response rigidity for superior performance.
With the innovative dual-spindle design, both ends of the workpiece can be processed simultaneously in one clamping operation, significantly simplifying manual intervention, boosting output, and reducing processing steps. The secondary spindle offers full turning capabilities, which expedites workpiece handling during machining, cutting down cycle times.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: Featuring a magnetic ring typeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) with positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.
Effectively mitigates spindle vibration, ensuring the deflection accuracy at the nose end is within 0.002mm. This greatly enhances the surface finish of the workpiece.
The rear-mounted rotor design simplifies installation and maintenance.
The spindle motor is equipped with an advanced cooling system to control thermal displacement, ensuring a consistent working temperature for the spindle. This spindle system has undergone rigorous dynamic balance testing, guaranteeing precision retention, high rigidity, and superior efficiency. 2.High rigidity integral servo power turret. This turret features rapid and precise tool change capabilities. It utilizes a high-rigidity BMT interface for tool holder installation, with power transmission driven by a servo spindle motor.

Each axis employs a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly enhancing machining accuracy. The machine's high-rigidity, large-size, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain accuracy even under impact, with smooth displacement and low noise, prolonging its service life.
