1. Wood crusher machine could process the wood materials, argo waste and tree branches into sawdust. It's necessary to use a wood crusher if your raw material is raw wood (tree branch, tree root and etc.)
2. 9FH series wood crusher can process raw wood with size less than 200mm (diameter) and moisture below 30%. After crushed, the output size can reach diameter 1~10mm.
3. Wood Crusher is made of cutting device, crushing device, air blower and cyclone separator.
4. The wood material are cut into small pieces through the cutting device and sent into the second device for further crushing. The final sawdust will be sent to the gathering place by air blower.
Feed Mixer
* The materials mixing structure: with the whirling of the thruster, the materials will be transferred into the material pipeline by the B hammer room by force.
* There, the materials will be lifted to the top of the room and be totally mixed up and down and spinned from left to right via the air. Therefore, the materials can be evenly mixed which is quite ideal.
Screw conveyors are used to convey particle materials such as sawdust, rice hull, pulverized straw,bulk solids or sludge both on horizontal and high inclination, and are designed to provide an enclosed method of transferring materials from one point to another.
It is consisting of a screw inside a hollow pipe,contained within a tube and it is turned with the help of a motor in order to deliver material from one end of the conveyor to the other. We also add the magnetic part on this machine which can get rid of the metal thing in the raw material.

2) Raw material: rice husk, straw, cotton stalk, cottonseed skins, weeds, crop stalks and other plant wastes, especially low-bonding and unformed materials.
3) Moisture of raw materials is less than the national standard of 13%. If not, the raw material must be dried. The size of raw materials should be less than 5mm, if not; the raw material must be crushed.

Coarse fiber: wheat bran, corn stalk, soybean meal, grass meal, rice husk, grass, groundnut shell, cottonseed hull.3. Additives: molasses, vegetable oil, Amino acid, bone meal, vitamin.
