DTWMAC sanding machine has two-sides sandpaper, and it means our sanding machine can realize the Rough Sanding and Fine Sanding at the same machine. The rollers can rotary in two opposite directions. When it rotary forward, the sandpaper is 180# 180# 240# 240# 320# 320#, it can sand raw materials or hard wood materials; when it rotary backward, the sandpaper is 240# 240# 320# 320# 400# 400#, it can sand materials with primer or painting or some soft materials. Of course the sandpaper grades can customize according to the clients' requirements. It is mainly for the grinding or sanding of Door, Cabinet, Plywood, MDF and other Panel furniture or Solid Wood Furniture.DTWMACA sanding machine is widely applied to the board with primer, PE, PU,UV coating because of its good polishing effect. 1.Rotatory control board, easy to control the machine. Six units rollers' speed are controlled by three inverters and the speed of the rollers are easy to control by the switch on the control board. Workers can adjust the speed according to different materials.
2. Different layout of brush rollers in order to meet different sanding requirement. We also support customization for your special
requirement. Z2Y2H2 is the most seller now because it can solve different directions sanding problem. 4 units, 6 units are most popular models, but 8 units and 10 units are also available if you need.
3. Cross Rollers
Two group of cross rollers (total 9 pieces) rotate individually and move forward at the same time, so that to make sure of the grinding effect of the surface and transverse groove.
4. Disc Brushes
Two groups of disc brushes (total 9 disc brushes) rotate in opposite directions, and the speed of the roller is adjustable by frequency control. With the board own movement and the disc brushes rotating, the machine can realize the sanding of uneven surface and corner from different angles.
5. Lengthways Rollers
Two groups of long brush rollers are counter-rotating and can be lifted individually, which guarantee the sanding effect of all-round uneven surface and R-angle.
6.The gantry milling processing for the platform extends the operating life of the linear guideway , and make sure of the sanding precision.
