Automatic PET bottle filling machine for mineral drinking waterProduct Description Application:This series of mineral Water Filling Machine are applied to the production of pure water, mineral water, it integrates bottle washing, filling and capping into one body of this machine. It is very convenient to change bottle size by means of advanced bottle conveying technology--bottleneck clamping & bottle suspending technology. Main Feature:This machine has a compact structure, perfect control system, easy to operate and highly automated.The parts contact with product is made of quality SUS, anti-corrosive, and easy to clean.By adopting high speed filling valve, the liquid level is precise and no waste. That guarantees the demand of filling technology.The capping head adopts constant torque magnetic device to guarantee capping quality and impact cap.This machine has a high efficient cap arranging system, perfect cap feeding and protection device.Equipped with perfect clean management system to ensure the bottle clean.Only by changing the star-wheel, can realize to fill the changed bottle shape.The machine adopts perfect overload protective device can ensure the operator and machine safe.This machine adopts adjustable frequency converter.The main electric components, frequency, photoelectric switch, proximity switch, electric control valves all adopt imported components, which can ensure the quality performance.The control system has many functions, such as control producing speed, cap shortage detection, bottle block automatic stop and production counting etc.The electric components and pneumatic components are all introduced from world famous brand products. Machine show: DetailsWashing Part:The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star-wheel while they are still driven by the star-wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip. After the gripping, the bottle is turned upside down with 180 degree and cantred above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position againFilling part:Long tube filling type with 2 times filling process to make sure perfect filling level Liquid tank, filling valves, controlling rings, upgrading cylinder.High speed and mass flow filling valve ensures the high filling speed and exact fluid level. Parts contacting liquid are all made of excellent stainless steel or food grade engineering plastic. Capping Part: Rotative capping turret, suitable to the application of screw plastic caps on PET bottles The fixed part consists of the cap hopper, the cap feeder with relevant motor and the cam actuating the capping heads. The heads are raised and lowered by the action of a follower that is riding on a shaped cam.Air conveyor Air Conveyor is mainly used in the automatic filling production line of PET bottle beverage or water. It is the intermediate transportation of connecting blowing machine, unstacking machine, bottle storage conveying table and filling machine.Conveyor system Conveying path support on the ground by tripod, driving motor adopt frequency control, it connects with washing filling and capping 3 in 1 machine and keeps pace with it. The filled bottles are conveyed by the conveyor system. Driving system is running by a main motor that adopts gear drive mode.
