The device can drill precise holes on three sides of H-beam steel simultaneously. It has 7 CNC axis, CAD/CAM directly generated processing program. The maximum H-beam section size (belly height × wing width) is 1000×500mm, and the maximum drilling diameter is 33.5mm. The control system consists of computer numerical control system,AC servo system, photoelectric encoder, PLC and so on. Simply input the size of theworkpiece can automatically generate the machining program, and can also be stored,recalled, displayed and processed by the part number at any time.
