Aoda 100L Laboratory large vessel Jacket glass reactor
The Glass reactor is a container used for reaction. The inner container is cooled and heated by using coolant and heating liquid, and the temperature of the reaction materials in the inner container is controlled by the jacket design, so that the inner materials of the reactor react at the required temperature. At the same time, different functions such as adding materials, measuring temperature, and recovering distillates can be realized.
We provide reactors of various specifications, ranging from 500mL to 200L.
The product can be matched with water circulation vacuum pumps, low temperature circulators, high temperature circulators and refrigeration and heating circulation devices to form a system device.
It can be widely used in experiments and production needs in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticides, dyes, biopharmaceuticals, food, etc.
Characteristics:
1.PTFE seals have good corrosion resistance;
2.Glass parts are designed with high borosilicate 3.3 and have stable chemical properties;
3.Frequency control and adjustable stirring speed;
4.Stainless steel stirring rod, externally wrapped with PTFE, has good corrosion resistance;
5.The reflux condensation area is large and the condensation effect is good;
6.The overall frame is made of stainless steel,with footwheel,easy to move.
