The first level reversible cleaner is a primary cleaning device installed below the horizontal axis of the drum, which can effectively handle cleaning work under severe wear and tear conditions such as hard rock materials. Mainly used for cleaning various conveyor belts of hot vulcanization joints, the segmented scraper works independently to ensure that each segment of the scraper can maintain good adhesion with the belt during application, thereby achieving cleaning efficiency. The thickened high wear-resistant alloy scraper and sturdy knife holder components are standard in three sections, and have a strong impact wear protection structure, ensuring convenient on-site installation and impact resistance performance.The independent contact between the blade and the surface of the conveyor belt ensures efficient cleaning efficiency;
The high alloy blade material ensures an ideal service life;
