2.Automatic pan feeding system:

(1). Function:
The system can convey feed from vice hopper(feeding line hopper) into each feed pan automatically. We usually install one sensor inside one feed pan which is near to the motor end. When sensor doesn't touch feed, driving motor will start working and convey feed, when sensor touchs feed, driving motor will stop working.

3.Automatic nipple drinking system:

(1). Function:
The system can provide clean and fresh water to broiler chickens steadily, the water will be out when birds touch nipples.
Our nipple's rod can be movable in 360 degrees, easy to drink.

Nipple drinking lines	Nipple: The outside shell is made of high quality plastic, the inner rod is made of high quality stainless steel. a. Birds can drink from 360 degrees, easier to drink. d. Meeting drinking demand of different-period chickens. Drip cup: Single-arm design is more suitable for modern chicken raising idea. Water display level tube	Use high transparency and impact resistant material, sturdy and durable, convenient to watch water level.
Lifting&suspension system	Correct drinking line height js very important for chicken, both higher and lower can lead to chicken bone's distortion, which is bad for chicken growth, also waste water. It's very easy to adjust drinking line height by winch.

4.Ventilation system:

The system controls poultry house inner environment, provides fresh air, proper humidity for your chickens,

b.Air inlets:
*Manuel control: Operater will check the pressure of chicken farm, control winch by hand until meet requirements.
*Automatic control: As per the request of difference chicken house pressure by controller, make the air inlet window
open and off automatically.

5.Cooling pad system:

(1). Function:
When the air goes through cooling pads, the heat will be taken down by the evaporation of water. So the air will be cooled
than before going into your poultry farms.

a.Envrionment controller
Imported from Israel T607/T616/IMAGE II/VISION 24S are for your choice. they can achieve minimum ventilation-tansition ventilation,tunnel ventilation differenty.
b.Temperature sensor and humidity sensor
They can be connected to the environment controller to display indoor temperature and humidity.
c. control box

7.Fogging system
Fogging System is effective for cooling, humidification, dedusting and disinfection of the poultry
house to provide a well-rounded environment for poultry farming.
