Advantage Uniform edge rounding and uniform surface treatment. Suitable for iron, stainless steel and aluminum. Simple grinding belt speed adjustment. Quick and easy tool swapping.
The metal deburring machine has three series, br series, bb series & r series, b means belt, which used for removing big & small burrs, r means roller, which used for removing small burrs, chamfer and beautiful surface. The width of working table are 800mm, 1000mm, 1300mm & 1600mm.

Standard with vac-sorb table, exhaust fan & dust collector.
Eg:
800br-2+4 means 800mm working table with 2* belt and 4*rollers
Note:
1 belt can handle burrs within 2mm, if the burrs is big, 2 belts are needed. The first rough belt used for removing big burrs, the second exquisite belt is used for removing small burrs.

Mainly used for chamfering.
Standard with vac-sorb table, exhaust fan & dust collector. Working with medium and low power laser cutting machine Applicable materials: stainless steel, aluminum, copper Materials that need beautiful surface and chamfer.

Standard with common table & dust collector, without exhaust fan. Working with high power laser cutting machine, plasma cutting machine Thick CS metal with big burrs Eg:

After Sales Service
1. The warranty period will be maximum 1 years (except for wearing parts;),please refer to the detailed warranty policy on each part according to our AS regulation file. The warranty period is calculated from the date of delivery.
2. In case of any component failure during the warranty period, we are ready to provide telephone and/or online support.
3. During warranty period, we will deliver the parts for free (expenses of parts, not including transportation fees) if the parts cannot work due to non-human reasons.
4. During warranty, if any part needs to be repaired in China, the transportation fees from the customer's factory to China should be borne by the customer, the transportation fees from China to customer's factory should be borne by the supplier.
5. Service after the warranty period: we provide continuous services and support for our customers when the warranty period expires, the customer should bear the expenses of air tickets, parts, accommodation and service(100usd/day/person).
