Product Description
The chocolate chip depositing machine can produce smallest 0.098g chocolate chips and big chocolate drops. The depositor can be pneumatic or servo motors. There is a cooling tunnel to cool down chocolate chips. The width of the conveyor belt can be from 600mm to 1200mm.

1. Chip depositing machine

The concentration of the chocolate paste provided cannot be too low or too high. If the concentration is too low, there will be depositing nozzle drip phenomenon; If the concentration is too high, the chocolate may not be depositing out or the depositing mechanism may get stuck.
Do not add materials that are not required by food regulations to the chocolate paste, such as granules, powder, maltodextrin, etc., as this will affect the depositing production effect.

Drip head

Adopting closed rapid drip molding machine head, it can produce tens of thousands of chocolate buttons per minute. Fast production speed and fast cooling and molding, it is the most ideal molding method for chocolate raw materials. Adopt Siemens control system, production speed and pellet weight are controllable.
