The machine adopts gantry type layout, consisting of double columns, beams and bed body with closed high rigidity structure.
The beam adopts the structure of ladder beam,the steel guide rail is inlaid and pasted locally, the roller isused, the whole rigidity is strong, the mechanical property is good.
The spindle of wheelhead adopts dynamic and static pressing tile structure, which has the advantages of longlife, high movement precision and good anti-vibration performance.
The working table is driven by oil cylinder, stepless speed regulation, stable movement and low noise.
The main motor of hydraulic unit adopts servo motor, and the flow varies with the speed of motor, saving energy and high efficiency.
Vertical wheelhead rotation with end gear disk positioning, 1° dividing.arge range of processing, to meet theneeds of precision machining of large and extra-large workpiece.
