Product Description
Automatic Stacking Machine is the most advanced automatic brick stacking machine and used to pick up green bricks as a specified mode from the grouping belt, then place onto kiln cars or drying cars. It can be used both in once and twice brick setting system, and available for drying chambers, hoffman kilns, tunnel dryers, and tunnel kilns. Automatic Stacking Machine is the perfected and economic choice for auto brick manufacturing plants.

Working Principle
After cutting machine, bricks will be pushed onto the grouping belt/grouping system. By coordination of cutting machine and grouping system, bricks will be separated as pre-setting mode. Then Automatic Stacking Machine will go down to pick up bricks, then move to the top of kiln cars. Grippers will lower down to place bricks on the kiln car layers by layers, then go back to the original position for the next stacking procedure. Automatic Stacking Machine grippers can be flexibly customized according to kiln section and stacking mode.
