4. The lifting platform's Z-lifting can be operated both manually and automatically, with interlocked manual and maneuvering options to enhance safety.
5. The table's X-direction travel extends up to 800mm. The X, Y, Z guide pairs undergo ultra-audio quenching, precision grinding, and scraping, improving accuracy and prolonging machine life.
This advanced treatment ensures enhanced precision and extended service life.
6. A manual lubrication system forces lubrication of the longitudinal, horizontal, and vertical lead screws and guide rails, reducing wear and ensuring efficient machine operation.
Additionally, the cooling system allows for adjustable nozzle settings to vary coolant flow, meeting diverse processing needs.
7. The operating system is ergonomically suspended on the upper right side of the machine via a support arm, simplifying operation.
The operation panel is designed with intuitive, symbolic icons for ease of use.
8. The turret milling machine spindle offers options of R8, NT30, and NT40.
9. An improved electrical box and controller are equipped with 110V and 220V output sockets.
