The first and second sanding units are horizontal.It can sanding from left to right and from right to left . This structure has excellent polishing effect on the surface and corners . Fourth and fifth sanding units are rotary discs.These are our company's innovative design with national patents. Large discs drives small discs,they are on revolution and rotation respectively. Compared with the ordinary disc sanding unit on the market, it is cleaner and more uniform, it can achieve no dead corner polishing.Especially it has a good polishing effect on grooves. This is also a prominent advantage of our equipment compared with others on the market.Besides,these discs adopts the quick disassembly structure.It can effectively shortens the replacement time of the sand paper.This structure is more efficient than the traditional structure. The third, sixth and ,seventh,eighth,ninth sanding units adopt spiral rollers to finish the whole rough and fine sanding .It can sand from front to back and from back to front. The spiral rollers are equipped with different sandpapers and they have different sanding rotation directions. The sanding strength of each sanding unit can be adjusted independently, it can be adjusted slightly according to the product process to ensure the max combination between sanding rollers and workpiece. This can greatly improve the sanding effect. Independent lifting structure makes the sanding process more stable.And there is sanding display for the sanding depth,it makes the operation more visual. ( there is optional memory function ,so that you don't need to adjust it each time for different workpieces). The speed of each sanding unit can be adjusted independently, it can improve the sanding quality effectively , and it can prevent damage to the shape and paint leakage. Each sanding unit cooperates with the swing system ,it makes the working range wider and more uniform, and it can avoid scratches caused by long-time sanding on one position. Each sanding unit is equipped with a humanized pulling design , which makes it easier to replace consumables. Each sanding unit is removable .This structure is more portable to replace the sanding paper and it is convenient for maintenance. The 1st and 2nd sanding rollers can be oscillated to the left and right to ensure polishing effect,and the hollowing plate can be polished to 4-5 mm.The diameter of the roller is 450mm,which is softer and thicker,making the contact surface easier to polish.
Disk Technology Upgrade
4th & 5th sanding units are rotary discs. Large discs drives small discs.Special patented structure can ensure no blind spots in the polishing.Especially it has a good polishing effect on grooves.Besides,these discs adopts quick disassembley technology,so that changing consumables is time-saving and convenient.
Spiral Roller Technology Upgrade
The 4rd, 6th and ,7th,8th,9th sanding units adopt spiral rollers to finish the whole rough and fine sanding .It can sand from front to back and from back to front. The spiral rollers are equipped with different sandpapers and they have different sanding rotation directions.

Height Display + Independent Up and Down
The sanding depth of each sanding unit can be adjusted independently. This can greatly improve the sanding effect. Independent lifting structure makes the sanding process more stable.And there is sanding display for the sanding depth,it makes the operation more visual.
With memory function,it can automatically adjust the grinding speed of different plates.
(Note:G7 and G9 model can choose memory function,so that you don't need to adjust it each time for different workpieces).
Transparent visual window+LED light inside
The side protection of the whole machine adopts thickened transparent acrylic plate and is equipped with LED lighting. During the working process, the running state of the equipment can be monitored in real time.

1. Do you offer installation?
Our machines are almost assembled before loading in container. It is very easy for installation in your workshop. Video guidance and English manual can be provided freely. Engineers can be sent to service in site if the buyer request. All cost in buyer's account (the machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and Insurance cost, hotel and eating in buyer country is responsible by buyer, extra labor salary USD200/day.
2. Where can we get replacement parts?
Most of the spare parts are ready in stock. They will be sent to the buyer directly from our warehouse with original prices.
3. How long can we get replacement parts?
Common spare parts can be delivered by express within one week. Some parts can be purchased locally.
