Noodle divider: Dough sheet is slitted into noodles by noodle slitter and then goes into the noodle dividing guide boxes under the
guide of noodle comb. Under the resistance of the pressure port on the divider, noodles are folded to be wave shape regularly and
then pushed out of pressure port with the pushing force. This apparatuse is also named as Shaper, Shaping box, Wave maker,etc.
Noodle divider plays a key role in noodles production procedures. It has a decisive effect on the gram difference of noodle cakes,
noodle wave making requires noodles to be heaped up,during this process, noodles are easily stuck with different gaps. As a
result, a degree is likely to drop during steaming,boiling and frying,then noodles can not be steamed, fried,etc. thoroughly and
even more,raw noodles may emerge and cause serious quality incidents.
The pressure port on noodle divider should have appropriate pressure. If the pressure is excessive, the corrugation will be too
dense; If the pressure is a bit small, the corrugation will be too sparse; If the pressure is too small, result in shaping
impossible.
