For instance, on a standard block measuring 200 meters in length, this powerhouse can harvest up to 2.7 hectares of wheat within a single hour. Powered by a Yuchai 260 horsepower engine, our harvester offers four adjustable gears (260, 240, 220, and 160 horsepower). This flexibility allows the operator to select the optimal power output based on the specific crop being harvested, ensuring energy and fuel savings. Equipped with 28L-26 type front wheels and 19.5L-24 type rear wheels, all featuring enlarged and wide high-pattern tires, this harvester demonstrates exceptional adaptability on sandy, muddy, and slippery terrains. Featuring a robust four-wheel drive structure, the front drive boasts a static hydraulic mechanism for seamless and comfortable operations. The 1000 series front axle combined with a heavy-duty four-wheel drive rear axle ensures superior load-bearing capacity and excellent roadability. An elongated fish scale screen significantly increases the cleaning area. Additionally, quick-change concave screen panels facilitate rapid adjustments to the cutting header and threshing components, allowing for the efficient harvesting of wheat, corn, soybeans, sorghum, and more, making this machine a versatile asset. The heavy-duty high-low gearbox roller transmission housing, paired with a continuously variable speed disk, enables adaptive roller speeds from 300 to 1100. American Peer bearings are utilized across all spherical bearings, delivering robust load-bearing capabilities and extended service life. The black one-tooth belt of the transmission offers strong tension and excellent heat dissipation, suitable for prolonged, extensive operations. The cutting header bridge of our high-end large-longitudinal axis flow harvester includes a reverse function, simplifying the process of clearing blockages in the bridge and cutting table. Our grain tank features an automatic hydraulic lift with one-button operation.
