How will we work? Before production Material: To ensure bad material is never used Packing: To confirm packing information every time to customers, even if they didn't ask for them. Sampling: Our staff send samples to customers to confirm, every time, even if they didn't ask for them. During production Production: All productions are continuously watched under our eyes. Before shipment Certification: All our products are safe to use. We will 100% do certification as customers' request. We have good connections and close cooperation with testing organizations, especially SGS, TUV. Inspection: Our staff do inspection for almost every shipment to control and make sure of good quality. Mass samples: Our staff send mass samples&mass production pictures every time to customers, even if they didn't ask for them. After shipment Service: Our staff watches the shipment status for customers closely. If any problem we will talk with shipping company and customers immediately to make a solution. Our staff will send docs for custom clearance to customers immediately after Bill of Lading is got. |
