At the heart of our robust machine lie two core components, meticulously crafted from 45# carbon steel seamless pipe, treated with a frequency-modulated quenching heat treatment process. These two interchangeable rollers offer a unique design advantage: they can be reversed to maximize efficiency. A fascinating interplay of speed differences between the main and auxiliary rollers results in reduced wear for the main roller, while the auxiliary roller's tooth edge plays a pivotal role in determining the grain breaking effect. Ingeniously, when one side of the auxiliary roller's tooth edge becomes significantly worn, simply flipping it reveals a fresh edge, extending the roller's lifespan. Once both sides are fully worn, a new roller replaces the auxiliary, while the main roller remains adjustable, ingeniously designed to match the lifecycle of two auxiliary rollers.
