Main features of this machine tool:
1. The 30° inclined layout and integrated bed base structure significantly enhance the machine's bending and torsional rigidity during operation, ensuring high precision and stability.
2. Equipped with a direct drive synchronous spindle device featuring a magnetic ring incremental encoder with 20 arc seconds positioning accuracy and 40 arc seconds C-axis indexing accuracy. This setup effectively eliminates spindle vibration, achieving nose deflection accuracy within 0.002MM for superior workpiece surface finish. The rear-mounted rotor allows for quick installation and maintenance, while the spindle motor's cooling system maintains a constant operating temperature.
