Touch Controller of Marking System for Fly Online Laser Engraving

Product Description

YM-02 is a touch controller for online laser marking machine, which orders the laser to mark when material comes into the marking scope. It's usually used for marking expiration date, date of manufacture, QR code, bar code and brand. YM-02 can synchronize the speed of conveyor of produce line with the speed of laser, support positive and negative running direction.
It's made up of two parts: the touch controller and the adapter board. Supports USB import vector documents.

DB25 Interface pin function of controlling laser source
This is a 25-pin D-SUB (female head) type, all the controlling PIN# are TTL signal, unless otherwise stated.

Pin#	Describe
1-8(D0-D7)	Power set (16 Hexadecimal 0-FF, or 10 Hexadecimal 0-255) LSB (D0) corresponds PIN 1,MSB corresponds PIN8.
	- 00h (0): Min. output power.
	- FFh (255): Max. output power.
	-Without connection or don't use, equivalent to 00h.
9	Power on (Latch) rising edge is valid
10-15,24	Grounded
16,21	Laser source alarm status:

	L	L	The laser temperature has exceeded the operating temperature range.
	L	H	Normal status
	H	H	MO abnormal
18	Main Oscillator (MO) Switch Signal:
	- H level: MO open
	- L or not: MO OFF
19	Laser modulation input (Booster amplifier on / off input)
	- H level: Booster open
	- L or not: Booster off
20	Pulse repetition frequency (synchronous) input is square wave.
	The specifications refer to the operating PRR range. The allowable duty cycle is 0.1 to 0.9.
22	Guide laser (red diode) on / off input
	- H level: On
	- L or not: off
23	Emergency stop input
	- H level: OK (normal operation)
	- L level or not: STOP (laser auto off)

It can be used for marking QR code, bar code, produce date and other series number, supports import vector figure of ".PLT" by USB port.
