QT6-15 main features and advantages QT6-15 updated from current technology, adopt new hydraulic system,new vibration system and new synchronous system. The machine can serve several purposes and can produce pavement bricks,riverside bricks,revetment bricks,square bricks,grassed bricks and so on with different molds. Low frequency in feeding material,high frequency vibration.Platform vibration works together with mold.So that the concrete can be fully fluidified and exhausted in two or three seconds to reach the high density. The advanced technique of hydraulic-controlled proportion can handle the oil press and amount of the system freely,therefore,different materials can be able to produce the high quality products. All the procedures are operated by PLC and equip with out-and-in data device to realize person-machine conversation.

4. The hydraulic system adopts famous Taiwan brand calyca, including oil pump, solenoid valve, proportional valve, etc
