Product Description BSL washing powder mixing machine has a very good effect for mixing dry powder, granules and so on, because of the perfect performance.

The washing powder mixing machine has 2 horizontal paddle shafts, there is the paddle on each shaft. With the driven equipment, two cross paddle shafts moves intersection and patho-occlusion to make paddle rotating fast. The rotating paddle generates centrifugal force during high speed rotation, spilling the material to the upper part in the barrel, then material falling down (the vertex of material is in a so-called instant non-gravity state). Driven by the blades, material is mixed back and forth, fast and evenly mixed.

1) Safety net: There is a safety net on the cover, so that operator cannot reach out arms into the mixer, danger can be prevented.
2) Paddle shafts inside the mixer: make the mixing effect better.


1) Discharge part: Pneumatic valve is adopted to discharge material. Mixing dry powder or powder with a little liquid are applicable.
2) Two types of sealing: The packing seal is a conventional seal on which the gas seal can be added to increase the sealability. The mechanical seal has better sealing performance than the packing seal, less leakage and long service life. It can be used for powder and liquid, and has a wider range of use and higher price.
