Wood drum chipper machine is a kind of special machine to slice the wood for the production of high-quality wood chips.
It is a kind of advanced crushing machine based on the advantages of many other crushers.
It is developed by using the theories of lashing, shearing, impacting, grinding.
1. Mainly used to process various logs, log branch, veneer, bamboo, cotton stalk and other wood fiber into standard size chips. The chips could be used to produce particleboard, MDF, HDF, OSB, OSSB, pulp and paper making.
It has features as follows: 1) Uniform chips. 2) Low noise. 3) No pollution. 4) Simple operation. 5) Convenient maintenance.
It is one kind of special equipment for producing wood chips, widely used in the raw material preparing process in the factories of flakeboard (shaving board/particle board), fiberboard, papermaking and wood chips making plant. Small drum type wood chipper is the best equipment for factory's laboratory preparing material.Raw material for Drum type wood chipper cutting is mainly small diameter wood, lumbering remains (such as branches, twigs, tres s etc) and woo dworking remains (such as slab, plank, log core, waste veneer etc). It also can be used to chip non-lignin raw material (such as flax pole, bulrush, bamboo) The machine base is a welding structure with high strength steel plate serving as a support of the whole machine.
The knives (2,3 or 4) are installed to the roller via clamping plate by special knife bolts. The upper feed rollers assembly, with the help of hydraulic system, can float up and down over the material to be cut within certain range, according to the thickness of the material. Wood chips are discharged from the bottom of the machine after passing through screen holes, oversized chips will be re-chipped in the machine.
Hydraulic system: the oil pump supplies the cylinder with pressure oil, and open the drum cover for easy knife change; and lift the upper feed roller to facilitate the adjustment of the clearance between rotor knives and bed knives. Advanced features
