Structure and Feature The pipe is a continuous composite pipe, the pipe body is composed of multiple materials, inner lining, reinforcing layer and outer protection layer, its inner lining as transport layer and outer protection layer are extruded to form by high polymer material, and the reinforcing layer is usually made of cross-winding high-strength fibers. The internal conductive layer is HDPE, PEX or other modified polymers. The interlayer is made of high-strength materials such as polyester fiber, aramid fiber, carbon fiber, etc., and the outer protective layer is made of high-density polyethylene.

Reinforcement layer: polyester filament, carbon fiber filament, aramid prepreg tape, glass fiber prepreg tape and other high-strength non-metallic fibers
