Working Princible
High-speed jets generated by the pressurized gas passing through the feed injection nozzles create a negative pressure in the feed mixing chamber, causing the crushed raw materials to be automatically drawn into the mixing chamber and injected into the crushing chamber by the jets. Several nozzles around the crushing chamber spray supersonic jets into it, causing the particles entering the chamber to collide vigorously, grind against each other, and thus be crushed. Coarse particles are recycled back into the crushing chamber for further crushing, while fine particles are discharged through the central outlet, resulting in uniform ultrafine particles.
Performance & Characteristics
Suitable for dry ultrafine processing, due to the high impact velocity, which can reach above Mach 2, particles ranging from 1 to 10 micrometers can be easily obtained in general. Compared to fluidized bed jet mills, it has less controllable fineness in crushing, but it demonstrates excellent crushing effects on viscous materials. There is no clogging or uncrushable material during the crushing process. No temperature rise: During the crushing process, compressed gas nozzles cause the temperature to drop, and there is no mechanical friction, so the temperature does not rise during crushing, making it suitable for heat-sensitive and low-melting-point materials. The equipment boasts short crushing time, simple structure, no moving parts, easy operation and maintenance, small footprint, low noise, and no vibration.
