Milling machine maintenance

2, lubrication: keep the oil holes clean and smooth and fill 32# lubricating oil; Fill lubricating oil on each guide rail surface, sliding surface and each screw; Check the oil pot, oil level, and oil to the elevation.
3, tighten: check and tighten the pressure plate and insert screws; Check and tighten table limit screws, tool drive mechanism, three-ball handle, table bracket screws.
4, adjustment: check and adjust the milling head belt, pressure plate and insert tightness is suitable; Check and adjust limit stop and screw clearance.
